General Information

  • Our events are open to adults (aged 18+) who are interested in exploring intimacy and connection in a safe and consensual manner. We welcome and celebrate individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, body types and relationship statuses. 🌈

  • No, you do not need to have a partner to attend. Both individuals and couples are welcome at our events. If an event requires you to attend with a partner, it will be specifically mentioned in the event details.

  • Absolutely! You are definitely welcome to join our workshops as a couple.

In our partnered workshops specifically, you will stay with your partner for the entire duration of the workshop.

For our other workshops, you always have the option to stay with your partner for the exercises or engage with other participants.

In all of our events and workshops we value consent highly, and encourage everybody to only engage in what is meaningful to YOU at any moment. This means you never have to do any exercises with others if you do not feel comfortable with that.

For our play parties, we always recommend couples to discuss partner agreements before entering a workshop/playspace.
We have created a helpful video about this process, which you can watch here

Registration, Cancellation & Practicalities

  • You can register for our events through our website by selecting the event you wish to attend and purchasing a ticket. Simply navigate to the event page, complete the registration form, and proceed with the payment. Confirmation and additional event details will be sent to your email upon successful registration.

  • Refund Policy:

Tickets can be refunded up to 14 days before the event. To request a refund, please email us at connect@playpartners.nl. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the account you used for the purchase within a few business days.

    Selling Your Ticket:

If you are within the 14-day window before the event, you can still sell your ticket through trusted platforms like TicketSwap, which we recommend. Please avoid purchasing tickets from unreliable sources, such as Facebook, as we cannot be responsible for any issues if you purchase a fake ticket.

    Ticket Transfers:

If you sell your ticket via TicketSwap, please notify us by email with both your name and the name of the buyer so we can update our guest list.

  • Accessibility varies by event. Some of our events are fully accessible, some are partially accessible, and others may not be accessible. We strive to accommodate everyone's needs the best we can. Please contact us directly by email to discuss your specific accessibility needs, and our team will think along how we can best help you enjoy and participate in our events!

Preparation

  • To a workshop, we recommend bringing clothing you feel comfortable in, a water bottle, and any personal items that will help you feel comfortable and at ease. While nesting items like pillows and blankets are not always necessary, they are never a bad decision ;)

Some events may have additional requirements, which will be listed in the event description or provided upon registration. Be sure to check the event details for any specific items or clothing you may need.

  • Wear whatever makes you feel confident—whether it’s lingerie, a robe, pajamas, or even a full costume!
Some events may have specific dress codes, which will be shared with you in advance.

During the Event

  • You are so welcome at our events, exactly as you are in that specific moment. That means all of your thoughts and emotions are welcome. To support you in this, at each of our events a wonderful team of spaceholders is present. They are people especially there to give you that extra care when wanted. Are you in need of a hug, a listening ear, some kind words? They got your back 💗

  • Playpartners events are substance-free events, meaning alcohol and (soft) drugs are not permitted. It is also not permitted to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while at the event, or to bring these with you. If you are under the influence, or we see you carrying substances with you, your access to the event will be denied. We aim to create a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

  • Our events are English-presented events, meaning we facilitate and present all of our events in the English language. However, all of the facilitators (and most of the spaceholders) also speak Dutch, so if there is anything that needs to be clarified or translated during the event, feel free to ask us anything! We are happy to assist with translations or explanations to ensure everyone understands and feels comfortable.

Consent

  • Everything we do is all consent based. and NEVER ever ever will we force you into doing anything you don’t want.

You are only expected to participate in activities that you feel a clear YES for. If you are not comfortable with something you are free to say NO. At no point will you ever be pressured or forced into doing anything you don’t want to do.

  • We take confidentiality and privacy very seriously. All participant information is kept confidential, and we do not share personal details without explicit consent. We also ask all participants to respect each other’s privacy.

After the Event

  • Yes, many participants form connections during our events and continue to connect afterward. However, it is important to respect each other's boundaries and preferences regarding post-event communication.

If you want to keep in touch with someone you’ve met at the event, make sure you ask them for contact information before leaving. We will not provide any contact details of participants to one another.

  • We welcome and value your feedback. We’re basically feedback junkies. After each event, we will send out a feedback form where you can share your thoughts and suggestions. Your input helps us improve future events and better serve our community. If you have any other feedback you want to share with us, feel free to send an email.

Also, we’d LOVE some reviews on Google and Facebook 💞
