Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you purchase a ticket to one of our events.

Substance-Free events

We organise substance-free events, meaning alcohol and (soft) drugs are not permitted. We aim to create a safe environment with optimal conditions for inner growth. It is not permitted to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while being at our events. In case you are intoxicated or under influence, your access to the event will be denied without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that event tickets can be paid back, up until 14 days before the date stated on the event ticket, excluding the service charge. After this, event tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

Tickets cannot be forwarded to another future event.

If you're unable to attend, you are of course free to resell your ticket to someone who meets the requirements. Please do note that selling tickets is at your own risk, and we recommend using secure, trusted methods.

If you have bought a ticket from someone else. Please reach out to us beforehand via connect@playpartners.nl so we can check the legitimacy of the ticket they are offering, and update the guest list.

Who We Are and Who You Are

  • "You" refers to the person buying or holding the ticket.

  • "We," "us," and "Play Partners" refer to the event organizer, Play Partners, registered under KVK number 77248716 as Moving Intimacy.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or holding a ticket, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy a ticket or attend the event.

Authorized Ticket Sellers

  • You can only buy tickets through Eventix & Hipsy.

  • If you buy from an unauthorized source, your ticket may be counterfeit or invalid, and we have the right to deny entry without a refund.

Ticket Restrictions

  • You cannot resell, copy, or use tickets for promotions, contests, or advertising without our permission.

  • If we find out that a ticket has been misused, we may cancel it without a refund.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • If the event is canceled for reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government decisions), we may offer a refund, reschedule the event, or provide another option.

  • If you are under 18 or if your gender does not match what is required for the event, you will not be allowed in, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

  • Event tickets can be refunded up until 14 days before the event date, excluding the service charge. After this period, tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or other benefits.

  • Tickets cannot be transferred to a future event.

  • If you cannot attend, you are welcome to resell your ticket to someone who meets the requirements (e.g., the right gender if it's a gendered ticket). 

  • Selling tickets is at your own risk, so use secure and reliable methods.

Safety and Behavior

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized drug use and inappropriate behavior.

  • If you bring prohibited items or behave in an unacceptable way, you will be removed from the event without a refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
